Shipping policy

Purchases made on the Heart and Home website are subject to a one time shipping rate of $9.95. This fee will be paid at the time of purchase and in the case of a return, the Seller will pay to have the items returned to the business location. The Buyer will be refunded for the items less the shipping cost of the initial purchase. 

At this time, the Seller is unable to gift wrap purchased items. 

The Seller will select the carrier to be used to ship the Buyers items. The Seller, as noted in the Terms of Service statement, will not be held liable for any delays in shipping once the items have left the store location. The Buyers address will be checked for accuracy but it is their responsibility to enter information correctly and the Seller will not be held responsible for delivery issues that occur as a result of a bad entry. The Seller cannot deliver to P.O. box addresses at this time.
